We will accept returns for unused items. If you are unhappy with your product you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return your item/s.

Any Kindness By Claire  gifts received with your original purchase must also be returned unmarked and undamaged to receive a full refund.

We will aim to process your return within 10 working days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items and the return postage will be at your own cost.

MyCurl conditioner is designed to rehydrate the finest curl. 

HOW TO:

• After cleansing with MyCurl Shampoo keep hair completely saturated with warm water.
• Apply to palms and distribute evenly in hands.
• Begin applying to ends of hair, working MyCurl Conditioner up to mid lengths. 
• Once product is distributed evenly begin applying preferred CGM personal techniques.
• Rinse out with lots of water, you may allow some product to be left in depending on what your curls need.
